What type of wax is used in BLK Spark Candles?

All of our candles are made with coconut and soy blend wax. You can expect a long-lasting candle with a strong scent throw.

How long is the processing time?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Bulk orders (15 or more candles) should expect a processing time of 7-14 business days.
Please Note: Orders are only shipped on Monday-Thursday.

What is the return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returned items. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will make it right.

My item arrived damaged or defective, what should I do?

If you item(s) are delivered to you damaged or defective, please contact us at info@blkspark.com as soon as possible. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. We will evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
Please Note: You may be asked for photo evidence of your damaged items before a refund is offered.

I would like to place a bulk order, what should I do?

Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order of 15 or more candles. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs. 

My favorite candle is out of stock, when can I expect it to be back in stock? 

We try our best to keep all candles in stock, however, please allow 7-10 business days for us to restock any out of stock items. 

I can’t decide which candle I want to try, what do you recommend?

You cannot go wrong with any BLK Spark Candle, but if you can’t decide we recommend that you try one of our discovery kits before committing to a candle!
