Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returned items. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will make it right.
If you item(s) are delivered to you damaged or defective, please fill out the form below or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. We will evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
